We’re at the half-way mark of the season. The Yankees are on a 116 win pace. Today we celebrate the signing of the Declaration of Independence, of the founding of our nation. We celebrate with parades, cookouts, fireworks and baseball. To all who read this little blog, have a great and safe day!
Also, stay cool—yesterday’s OKC vs El Paso AAA game had a play that made ESPN’s top 10 for the day. One commentator made mention of how sparse the crowd was. His cohort cracked that it was probably “7000 degrees” here. It was only a slight exaggeration.
Fan Interference 
Paper & I went to KC in June. We caught a game at Kauffman and it was like 97 with a heat index of 100000000. It was miserable, but I did enjoy the Orioles win.
