We forgive you. I watched the dregs of the season unfold in San Francisco, where the Giants disinterred Johny “Can Can” Cueto who held the Feesh down for seven innings, but the Jints finally took the game 2-1 in a contest between two of the worst boolpens you will ever see. I described it on the Feesh site as a three legged sack race between two teams of amputees.
I am preparing to make a big beautiful braised pasture-reared, grass fed-and-finished brisket with caramelized onion sauce tomorrow. Join me for the revelation of the recipe, won’t you?
